第1条（適用）
本キャンセルポリシーは、当施設の宿泊予約に適用されます。ご予約を完了された時点で、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
第2条（予約および事前決済）
当施設の宿泊予約は、当サイトを通じて受け付けております。宿泊料金は、Stripeによる事前決済となり、決済完了をもって予約が確定します。
第3条（キャンセル料）
お客様のご都合により予約をキャンセルされる場合は、チェックイン日を基準として、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
- チェックイン日の8日前まで：無料（全額返金）
- チェックイン日の7日前：宿泊料金の50％
- チェックイン日の6日前以降（6日前～当日）：宿泊料金の100％
- 無連絡で宿泊されなかった場合（ノーショー）：宿泊料金の100％
第4条（返金）
返金が発生する場合は、ご予約時に利用された決済方法へ返金いたします。返金の反映時期は、ご利用のクレジットカード会社等の処理状況により異なります。
第5条（予約内容の変更）
宿泊日や宿泊人数などの変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。変更内容によっては、一度予約をキャンセルし、新たにご予約いただく場合があります。この場合、本キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
第6条（当施設都合によるキャンセル）
天災、設備故障、その他やむを得ない事情により当施設が宿泊サービスを提供できない場合は、お支払いいただいた宿泊料金を全額返金いたします。ただし、交通費、代替宿泊費その他の損害については責任を負いかねます。
第7条（不可抗力）
台風、地震、大雪、公共交通機関の運休その他の不可抗力により宿泊が困難となった場合でも、原則として本キャンセルポリシーに基づき対応いたします。ただし、社会情勢や災害の状況等を踏まえ、当施設の判断により個別に対応する場合があります。
第8条（本ポリシーの変更）
当施設は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は当サイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、当サイトのお問い合わせフォームまたは当施設が指定する連絡先までお願いいたします。

Article 1 (Applicability)This Cancellation Policy applies to all accommodation reservations made at our property. By completing a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
Article 2 (Reservations and Advance Payment)Accommodation reservations for our property are accepted through this website. Accommodation fees must be paid in advance via Stripe, and the reservation is confirmed upon completion of the payment.
Article 3 (Cancellation Fees)If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged based on the check-in date:
Up to 8 days before the check-in date: Free (Full Refund)
7 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total accommodation fee
From 6 days before the check-in date to the day of check-in: 100% of the total accommodation fee
No-show (Cancellation without prior notice): 100% of the total accommodation fee
Article 4 (Refunds)If a refund occurs, it will be processed through the payment method used at the time of reservation. The timing of the refund reflection varies depending on the processing status of your credit card company.
Article 5 (Changes to Reservation Details)If you wish to change your dates of stay or the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the changes requested, you may be required to cancel the existing reservation and make a new one. In such cases, this Cancellation Policy will apply.
Article 6 (Cancellation by the Property)In the event that our property is unable to provide accommodation services due to natural disasters, equipment failure, or other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the accommodation fee paid will be issued. However, we cannot be held responsible for transportation costs, alternative accommodation costs, or any other damages.
Article 7 (Force Majeure)As our “Last-Minute Deal Plan” is offered at a special discount rate, refunds will not be issued regardless of weather conditions. In return, we provide the lowest rates by passing 100% of the intermediary commissions back to our guests.
Article 8 (Changes to this Policy)The property reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary. The modified contents will become effective upon being posted on this website.
