利用規約Terms and Conditions (Accommodation Agreement)
第1条（適用範囲）当施設が宿泊客との間で締結する宿泊契約およびこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとします。
Article 1 (Scope of Application)Contracts for accommodation and related agreements to be concluded between this establishment (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”) and the Guest shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
第2条（宿泊人数の変更および無断宿泊に対する違約金）当施設の基本宿泊料金は5名様まで一律料金とし、6名様から最大9名様までは「1名1泊あたり4,000円（税込）」の追加人数料金が発生いたします。宿泊人数の変更（増加）がある場合は、必ずチェックイン時刻までに事前に当施設へ書面またはメッセージにて申告のうえ、差額の支払いを完了させてください。事前の申告なく、予約人数を超えた宿泊（デイユース、短時間の立ち入り、滞在を含む）が発覚した場合、宿泊客は正規の追加人数料金（1名1泊あたり4,000円）に加え、違約金として「1名1泊あたり4,000円」（合計8,000円/1人1泊）を支払うものとします。宿泊客は予約確定をもって、前項の無断宿泊が発覚した場合に、予約時に登録したクレジットカードに対し、当施設が事後の通知をもって該当金額（追加料金および違約金）を自動的に決済・請求する権限を付与（事前承認）したものとみなします。当施設は、客室定員の確認および防犯のため、玄関屋外等に防犯カメラを設置しており、宿泊客はあらかじめこれに同意するものとします。
Article 2 (Changes to Guest Count and Penalties for Unauthorized Guests)The base accommodation rate covers up to 5 guests. For 6 to 9 guests, an additional fee of 4,000 JPY (including tax) per person per night shall apply.If there are any changes (increases) to the number of guests, the Guest must notify the Property in writing or via message prior to the check-in time and complete the payment for the difference.In the event that unauthorized guests (including daytime visitors, short-term stays, or entry into the property without prior notice) are detected, the Guest shall be charged a penalty of 4,000 JPY per person per night in addition to the standard extra guest fee (4,000 JPY), totaling 8,000 JPY per unauthorized person per night.By confirming the reservation, the Guest explicitly agrees and authorizes the Property to automatically charge the total amount of the extra guest fees and penalties to the registered credit card upon discovery, with a post-charge notification.For safety, security, and verification of the guest count, security cameras are installed outside the entrance and in common areas. The Guest agrees to this monitoring upon booking.
第3条（ハウスルールと禁止事項）宿泊客は、当施設が定めたハウスルール（室内および敷地内での全面禁煙、近隣への騒音禁止、ペット同伴の禁止等）を遵守するものとします。ハウスルールに違反し、施設に損害や特別な清掃が必要となった場合は、実費および違約金を請求いたします。
Article 3 (House Rules and Prohibited Activities)The Guest shall comply with the House Rules established by the Property (including strict non-smoking policy inside and on the premises, noise restrictions for the neighborhood, and prohibition of pets). If any violation occurs and causes damage or requires special cleaning, the Guest will be billed for the actual costs and associated penalties.
第4条（免責事項）宿泊客の不注意による施設内での事故、怪我、または貴重品の紛失・盗難について、当施設は一切の責任を負いません。
Article 4 (Disclaimer)The Property shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss/theft of valuables occurring within the facility due to the Guest’s negligence or carelessness.
